Gender equality
We are proud of our commitment to gender equality. Currently, 35.71% of our staff are women, with significant growth over the last ten years, from 2 women to almost equal numbers in production and offices. In 2021, we reached an even higher parity, with a rate exceeding 50%.
Work-based learning
We actively collaborate with the CFPH to foster diversity & inclusion through work-based learning programmes. Every year we welcome interns from various schools in several roles, in the moulding department, in the offices or in the workshop. Our moulding facility, free of architectural barriers, offers an inclusive environment for all participants.
Environmental commitment
ISO 14001 certification and monitoring
We are ISO 14001 certified for environmental management and constantly monitor our consumption of electricity, water, natural gas and fuel.
Sustainable energy
The energy purchased is 100% green, thanks to contracts with certified suppliers. We recover 100% of our waste and use natural gas boilers only in the workshop, while the moulding shop is heated with electric heaters.
We constantly monitor our carbon footprint, noting a steady decrease in environmental impact.
In addition, we operate three photovoltaic plants:
Sustainable mobility
We mainly rely on local suppliers for procurement, favouring solutions that respect the environment and promote sustainability.
Our vehicle fleet includes vehicles rated Euro 6 and above, as well as a 100% electric car with an on-site charging station. More than 60% of our main suppliers are local and 30% are regional.
Commitment to quality
Customised quality control
The quality control department draws up a customisable procedure plan for each customer. Our tests are extremely thorough and include both the use of traditional tools such as gauges, comparators, viewers and microscopes and the use of 3D optical machines.
In the post-production phase, further checks are performed on the moulds and moulded pieces, while the packaging and labelling of packages are decided with the customer.
